Thank you for visiting our campaign website. I believe that Colorado is a wonderful place to live and with your help, we can make it even better.

Because of its beauty and its abundant natural resources, Colorado’s population is growing. As a result, we have increasing pressure to provide basic services for an increasing number of residents. We need a healthy business environment to promote job growth, improved infrastructure to move people and goods around the state and an educational system that prepares our children for the environment of tomorrow. Meeting these challenges will require strategic planning and firm resolve to prioritize how tax dollars are spent.

Many of our state leaders don’t want to prioritize where money is spent. It seems that cutting spending may anger some special interests or make the lawmaker unpopular. Despite the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights, legislators seem to believe that they can simply raise taxes to meet all new demands; they seem to forget that the government’s money comes out of OUR pocket.

I have been in business since 1979 and have been a business owner since 1990. I have created jobs, met payrolls and profitably executed business plans to grow my companies. I have developed strategies, contended with restrictive governmental regulations and have made profitable use of limited financial resources. I am qualified and prepared to help Colorado make the priority decisions for our future.

It’s time for all of us to change the spending habits of our state government. Please take an active role in this campaign because it’s about YOUR money.
